Where can I order from?
KHAREL products are only available at khxrel.com.
How Do I Place An Order?
To complete your order, follow the payment stages. Once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, choose your preferred payment method and continue.
What is the availability status of items on the site ?
Items are stocked with each collection and project; hence, unavailable sizes or colors indicate out-of-stock status. If a desired item is not listed on the product page of Khxrel.com e-shop, it's currently unavailable. To be notified when back in stock, please fill out the notification form. For bulk orders, kindly reach out to our Customer Service via phone or email.
Can I Change Or Cancel An Order?
Once an order is confirmed and processed, modifications to size or color are not permissible. We are available at info@khxrel.com if you have any questions.
Shipping and Delivery
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Order processing times may vary between collections and projects. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days, excluding public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What Are The Shipping Fees?
Sweden: 65 SEK - 1 - 3 days delivery after dispatch
Europe: €8 EUROS - 1 to 4 days delivery after dispatch
International: $52 USD - 2 to 4 days delivery after dispatch
Where do you ship from?
All of our products is dispatched from Stockholm, Sweden.
How can I track my delivery?
To monitor your order's progress, you can use the link provided in our email or resort to external tracking platforms. You'll receive the shipment courier's details and tracking ID in the email.
Why is my shipment not updated in several days?
Several factors might be causing the delay in updating your shipping tracking:
- Your order has been packed and is awaiting collection, but the shipping carrier hasn't picked it up from our warehouse yet.
- Your order is en route but faces delivery issues due to incomplete information.
In this case, simply wait as the shipping carrier contacts us and we will get back to you to resolve the issue.

Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
A signature may be required upon receipt of your order.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be altered. Should you need to make changes, it's imperative to liaise directly with the courier service. Please note, if a package is returned to us, we won't re-ship it a second time.
Are There Any Additional Costs?
For those in the EU, there are no additional charges.
For those outside of European Union, duties and taxes may arise outside of your order with us. Duties are not encompassed in your purchase, so any supplementary costs that arise are not our responsibility. We advise checking with your country's customs department for specifics on duties and taxes. The overall amount is determined by the regulations of the destination country of your order.
Returns Policy
Can I Return An Item?
Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving the item.
Can I Exchange My Order?
Exchanges are available solely in cases of product or service issues or defects.
Do I pay for return or exchange shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for covering the return costs. You can either pay within our return portal and obtain your return label there, or manage the return shipment independently using a courier service of your choice. The courier must be traceable.
When will I receive my refund?
We are committed to processing refunds promptly. Expect your refund within 15 business days from the time our warehouse receives your returned item(s).
Quality and Care
I Have A Problem With The Quality Of My KHAREL item, Can You Help Resolve This?
Should you encounter an unusual quality issue with your KHAREL product, kindly email us with a minimum of two photos: one highlighting the defect or quality concern, and another of the entire product. We will review the pictures and get back to you regarding the product's quality.

There is no specific location, all locations will be made public before the event.
Does it cost to become a member or participate in events?
Joining the Limitless community is free of charge. However, the cost for events can vary; some may carry a nominal fee while others might be complimentary. All pricing details will be transparently communicated in advance of each event.
